The policy
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or move a booked clean. This lets us offer the slot to another customer. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before on multiple occasions will result in termination of your cleaning slot.
No access on the day
If we arrive and cannot get access, the visit is treated as a no-show and charged in full. Will allow for 15 minute waiting period.
